The Google Developer Students Club (GDSC) at UDICT MGM University in association with the CSE Department JNEC has organized the CODE Crusaders 2024 event on 29th June 2024.
The morning session started with the inauguration of CODE CRUSADERS 2024. Dr. Sharvari Tamane, Head of UDICT gave a preamble of the event. Felicitation of resource persons i.e. Ananya R. and Advait Danke was done by the auspicious hands of Dr. Ashish Gadekar, Registrar, MGM University.
GDSC at MGM University briefed by Dr. Sharvari Tamane, Head of University Department of Information and Communication Technology. She said, we at MGM University have organized various events under GDSC. Through these various events students enrich their skills and learn various new cutting-edge technologies.
In the inaugural address respected Register Dr. Ashish Gadekar, said students should always participate in these kinds of events to enhance the qualities required by current industry trends. We as a university are always ready to support in this kind of activity.
After inauguration, followed the expert talk by Mr. Advait Danke TedEx speaker and Ms. Ananya R. Global Community Manager of Google Developer Club.
Dr. Dipa Deshpande proposed a vote of thanks. After the inauguration, a technical quiz was conducted followed by an expert talk.
In the afternoon session, an “Innovation Challenge” activity was conducted where students had to propose an innovation with its solution. The winning team for activity was SKYRA and runner up team was MediBuddy.
The last session of the event was Podcast in which experts gave answers for various questions asked by students. The podcast was moderated by B. Tech CSE student Sarveshwar Kohale and B. Tech IT student Priya Wagh.
The anchoring for the event is done by Steven dsilva and Suhani students at MGM University. The event culminates with a Vote of Thanks by Dr. Deepa Deshpande Head Comp. Science & Engineering JNEC. The event is coordinated by Prof. Jayanand Kamble and Prof. Sandip Kankal and the entire GDSC Team.
